I've decided that once my body weight gets to 140 pounds I am going to treat myself to the massage that Rojo got me for Christmas. I still have about 2 pounds to go, so once I get down to '140.something' I will schedule the appointment! =) It's nice to have goals and a plan. I am really happy with the way things have been going in my life. For a while there I was getting too comfortable and complacent. I feel more confident knowing that I am trying to better myself, mentally and physically. Exercise and nutrition really play an important role in how I feel everyday.
Working out really gives me more energy, and even though I still think about just staying home and doing nothing (I did for a split second yesterday), but then re-focused my attention on the goals I have. I know that if I slack off just one day, it will be that much easier to "take it easy" for 2, 3, 4 days until I get back into the slump I was in for over a year!
And, yes, it does help living with a nutritionist/personal trainer boyfriend...but it was me who decided that I wanted to do something for myself. He loves me no matter what and I just got too comfortable with myself which is why I gained weight and stopped exercising. He aids in educating me, but I am the one doing the workouts and putting the food in my mouth.
